Innovation Norway’s processing of personal data

Innovation Norway uses social media to provide information on our activities. If you follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and other social media, the relevant platform will be responsible for the processing of your personal data.

Other relevant legislation
Innovation Norway is subject to the Norwegian Archives Act and the Freedom of Information Act. Thus, we are legally obligated to:
- store documentation/information (including personal data) in compliance with the Archives Act for a longer period than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data were processed; and
- provide access to documentation/information (including personal data) in compliance with the Freedom of Information Act (i.e. a disclosure of personal data).
